A board certified and trained physician accesses the medical records.

The death certificate is typically signed within 12-24 hours.
Referral to Coroner/Medical Examiner
All cases are reviewed for proper jurisdiction. Non-natural deaths are reported to the appropriate authorities.
Insurance Forms
Our physicians understand the need for life insurance and other programs and are familiar with completion of these documents.
